Jerez itself is small enough to feel like a close knit community, but at the same time has everything a city can provide. The bodega takes its name from the honourary saint and king that conquered the area in the 13th century and took advantage of the good soil and climate in order to grow grapes and to produce the finest wines and sherries.

The tour takes in all of the production facilities from start to finish so you can get a real idea of how the processes form the finished product. From the beginning this Bodega has produced fine sherries and now it is proud to produce some of the best vinegar and brandy in the region as well. Along the tour there is the opportunity to sample many of the products that this diverse and prestigious bodega has on offer. For groups of 20 or more there is the restaurant and kitchen to take advantage of the local delicacies and beverages after the tour of the facilities.
